Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Lick It Up At Lake Balboa

They seem to be a match made in heaven and Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez showed off just how in love they are when they were spotted walking arm in arm around Lake Balboa yesterday afternoon.

The two seemed to be enjoying their popsicles and having a good time together.

In a recent interview with Fabulous Magazine, Justin described his first kiss with Selena saying, ‘My first kiss with Selena was the best of my life.’

‘It was in the car. It was scary and spontaneous and it was just awesome.’

The 18-year old added, ‘What does love feel like? It feels good. If you’re really in love then you should get butterflies. Butterflies and happiness, that’s how I feel anyway.’

After Justin and Selena shared some lunch with a male friend at the popular Van Nuys Mexican restaurant Bronco Burrito, the couple went on their romantic stroll armed with their icy treats.

Love is in the air

Selena sucked on a red-white-and-blue Firecracker Jr. Captain America popsicle while Bieber opted for a SpongeBob Squarepants popsicle.

Justin was wearing a jacket that resembled a denim vest with black leather sleeves over a white t-shirt and he finished his look with a bright red pair of low-slung jeans and white high-top sneakers.

Summer fun

Selena looked beautiful dressed in a light-blue denim vest over a white t-shirt and high black boots.

Funny how things have changed since Justin was seen enjoying a SpongeBob treat in the October 2010 issue of Teen Vogue. At that time the then 16-year-old opened up about Selena saying, ‘Selena Gomez. She’s a good buddy of mine. She’s really nice.’

Gomez also recently posted a picture of herself in a striped bikini from her Dream Out Loud fashion line, exclusively at Kmart, for her 31.8 million Facebook friends.

After shooting three films and launching her own fragrance this year, Selena now plans on focusing on recording her fourth album.

She told MTV News at the premiere of Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, ‘I have a thousand ideas.’

‘This album is going to be the first one that I’m actually going to spend as long as I want — it can be two months, it could be a whole year before this album comes out — so I’m going to have my freedom with it. It’ll be, like, my tell-all, in a way.’

At the premier Selena wore a hot pink Emilio Pucci feathered dress and Jimmy Choo sandals. Her man Justin was by her side too.

On Thursday last week, Justin cut an interview with radio show Mojo in the Morning short when the DJ compared him to Justin Timberlake and then made a distasteful remark about Bieber’s mother being hit on by One Direction’s Harry Styles.

Thomas Carballo asked Bieber, ‘Do you worry about Harry around your mom, since he likes older women?’

Justin started to mumble an insult about Carballo’s mother until the host explained his mother had passed away, which prompted the pop star to hang up the phone.
