Paris Hilton Reveals Her True Feelings To Piers Morgan

In a recent interview with Piers Morgan which will be screened on Monday, Paris Hilton expressed that that sex tape that made her famous was ‘the most humiliating thing that has ever happened to me’.

The sex tape which was made public by an ex-boyfriend catapulted the socialite to fame but with it came intense feelings of betrayal and humiliation.

‘I didn’t want to be known as that,’ Paris said.

‘And now when people look at me they think that I’m something I’m not just because of one incident one night with someone who I was in love with.’

Paris expressed to Piers that she knew how the video had changed people’s opinions of her.

‘People assume “Oh, she’s a slut” because of one thing that happened to me and it’s hard because I’ll have to live with that for the rest of my life and explain it to my children. And it’s something that’s changed my life forever and I’ll never be able to erase it.’

Hilton’s mother Kathy who joined her daughter on the show revealed that Paris did not leave the family home for three months after the tape was leaked. The entire family also underwent therapy to help them cope with the devastation of the incident.

Kathy told Piers that she would have stopped her daughter from pursuing fame if she could have spared her the hurt she suffered.

‘If she didn’t have to go through what we had just talked about, yes, obviously,’ she said. ‘I mean, I did think she was going to be a veterinarian.’

The biggest betrayal for Paris was that her ex-boyfriend that she cared for deeply used the opportunity to profit from the tape.

‘This was not some random guy. This was someone I was with for a few years.’

Paris appeared on Piers to promote her new chat show, ‘The World According To Paris’. Hopefully her appearance will also give people something to think about and to see that there really is the other side of Paris.
